3. South Africa Shipping Policy
Delivery area
Wild Root Studio currently ships within South Africa only.
Courier
Orders are sent using a courier service selected by Wild Root Studio. The courier may vary depending on destination, cost, and availability.
Dispatch
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch after payment has been received. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated to the customer where relevant.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or before payment where applicable. Courier delays, public holidays, weather and circumstances outside Wild Root Studio’s control may affect delivery times.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and suitable contact details. Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be re-routed because an incorrect address was supplied.
Damaged parcels
Customers should contact Wild Root Studio promptly if a parcel arrives visibly damaged. Photographs of the packaging and product may be requested so that the matter can be assessed with the courier.
International orders
International shipping is not offered at launch. Any future international order will be handled separately and confirmed with the customer before payment.
